Usage:
Count FILE < name> TEXT < string>|ASCII < nr>

This command counts all occurrences of < string1> in the file < name>.
If you state TEXT ASCII < nr> instead of TEXT < string>, then the string to
be counted will contain only one character with the ascii number < nr>.

The searching is case sensitive if the TEXT string is only one character
long. If it is longer, it's not case sensitive.
